At Fox Lair Farm, we take pride in the level of care provided to the horses boarded here. There are two Barns facing each other that connect to a lane for traversing to and from the arena area. Both barns have wall to wall mats for the comfort and health of the horses’ feet. Stalls are cleaned daily with fresh shavings added. Fresh water is also a must and buckets are emptied daily to avoid contamination. Ample turn-out is available, and all horses are outside as much as possible as weather permits. Horses are fed premium feed mornings and evenings, and have plenty of hay and grass for grazing. We keep our size relatively small and manageable to assure proper personal attention to every horse in our care. Two options are available for your horse. Stall boarding, as described above, or your horse may be pasture boarded. Feed, water, and hay are maintained as above for pasture boarded horses, and each pasture has a loafing shed for shelter.
